We typically deliver within 5-10 business days of receiving the order. In case of customization we take 10 – 15 days of receiving the order. Delivery timelines will be mentioned at the time of checkout. We have free shipping on all orders above ₹2499. We do not provide cash on delivery service at the moment.
Returns & Exchange:
We at Neoraa strive hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at great prices and amazing quality. If you are unhappy with the fit/colour/size of your order, you can avail a full refund of the order within 10 days of receiving it. The full amount will be credited back to your Neoraa account as credit points.
The credit points can be availed for any other product on our website. Incase of any damage in the product while received in courier, customer shall immediately inform team Neoraa through email : email@example.com or call on +91 7506 771690 our helpline number within 2 days of courier received. No claims will be entertained if informed post 48 hours of courier received. Incase of customized order, we will not entertain any returns unless it’s a damage piece received in courier.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your account on our website. We don’t offer full refunds.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
RENTING A PRODUCT
In order to book an apparel/accessory and/or related services through our Website/app, you must provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e – mail address and the name or names of the customers renting the apparel /accessory with aadhar card number / Pan Card Number. We may also ask you for other Personal Information, such as your date of birth or anniversary etc. We require this information to process, fulfill and confirm details of your rented apparel/accessory and transactions and keep you informed of each transaction’s status. We will not encourage any kind of alterations or repairs done over the garment by the customer. Incase if you unhappy with the fit, we will resize and give it to you.

Neoraa frequently gives out offers to give registered and unregistered members the opportunity to win great discounts and vouchers. Information collected by us for such activities may include contact information and survey questions. We use contact information to notify contest winners and survey information to develop promotions and product improvements. As a member you will also occasionally receive updates from us about offers in your area, special offers, new Neoraa services, and other noteworthy items (like savings and benefits on new dresses, Gala Event packages and other services). In addition, you may look forward to receiving monthly newsletters and exclusive promotions offering special deals.
