Exchange / Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love our products as much as we love making it for you. However, if you are unhappy with our product you can return the product, following the policy outlined below:

1. In case you receive a damaged product (a highly unlikely event), please email us the photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving the same. Your email should also contain the order number. Address your email to “info@neoraa”. We shall then arrange for an return pick up.

2. With reference to point 1, In any case if details of the damaged product are not sent within 48hours after the product is received, no exchange / return or refund will be applicable.

3. In case you do not like a product or size fit, you can request for a exchange within 2 days of product delivery.

Requests for exchange must be sent to info@neoraa mentioning the order details.

Our team shall approve the request, post which we shall arrange for a return pick up.

4. After the request is approved, you could choose to exchange the product size or buy an alternative product of the same value.

5. In case of refund, can be in the form of redeemable store credits (which you can use later to shop at Neoraa) or a refund on your original credit / debit card or bank account in case of damaged product.

6. In the case of refund to original credit / debit card or bank account, we shall refund the full amount paid (excluding any shipping costs) after deducting a nominal return shipping and restocking fee of Rs. 100. The same shall be done within 7 days of approval of refund request.

However, in the case of damaged or defective products or incorrect orders, the amount shall be fully refunded.

7. In case of discounts applied during ordering, the discount value shall also be adjusted in the refund, as applicable.

8. An exchange can only be requested once (post which you can only request for a refund as per Point 5 above).

Also, exchanges are accepted for size changes only. In case if the product is not available in the size required by you, you can select an alternate product of the same value .

9. Please note we do not provide any warranty on product.
